Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany

It's very clean and is one of the cheapest place to stay. I am homeless and I have to use my disability check to pay for my room. I truly appreciate the service and kindness, I have received since I have been staying there for over a few months

The hotel was disgustingly dirty. There were rocks in the bed the room smelled of dirty feet and stunk . No hot water in the bathroom sink , the shower curtain was disgusting .The floors were never washed the hallways to the rooms were black , one step had a loose mat going up and down stairs There is no Pool no sauna, and no breakfast. I had to leave could not stay . Then to top it off Don left the door keys with the guy at the desk at 9:30 am . Then they called us to see if he was staying another night because they didn’t receive the keys which I was with him when he returned them and the guy give him a thumbs up . totally unacceptable. I just hope they don’t charge my card extra because the key was dropped off on time before 11 AM.

Budget Stay Big spacious property, my room with 2 queen beds also big and spacious, and clean. The building is old, I can smell meth in the hallway to the room, maybe one of the guests is using. No coffee pot in the room so I had to go to the lobby to get one, juice, bars, and fruit cups are all the breakfast available in the lobby. And all shutdown at 10 AM. For budget stay this is ok.

My family is homeless with a brand new baby. They agreed to cancel our reservation so we could buy food. They canceled our reservation and then kept our m9nret. We are living on cereal and have nothing so they could keep my money after agreeing to refund me. Now they are ignoring my messages. Very unethical and shady.
